📦 Shipping Rates & Order Weight

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your Auralyn bracelets are delivered securely and on time.

  • Orders up to 5 kg:
    Shipped via standard courier services
    Items are securely packaged to prevent damage
    Delivery date selection may be available at checkout (where supported)

  • Orders over 5 kg (bulk orders or special sets):
    May ship via freight or specialized courier service
    Requires an accessible unloading area
    Delivery will be scheduled in advance if needed

📅 Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Days: Monday to Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends or public holidays

  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same business day
    Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: Additional shipping charges may apply

  • Missed Deliveries: Redelivery fees may be charged

  • Damaged Parcels: Please report any damage within 48 hours (with photos) so we can resolve it promptly
